Very professional tree planting job done right on time as promised and in the correct location. Green Sweep is always responsive, fairly priced, and professional. Appreciate Jessica (office) and Victor who coordinate so well.

My initial experience was negative and they quoted an outrageous price. They listened to me and followed my requests. I showed them a picture of how I wanted it to look and it came out better than the picture. They did the work as if it was their own home.

In December 2012, Landscape Pro Solutions in Jonesborough, had to take down the retaining wall built by Greensweep in February and re-construct it. Base of wall installed by Greensweep was not cut into ground and leveled which caused the weight of bricks to shift and lean in multiple directions.
Four man crew from Landscape Pro Solutions took down the Greensweep wall and cut a full circle into the ground, used leveling sand under base bricks, then built up the wall. Each time a brick was placed, a level was used to confirm placement; horizontal and vertical.
It cost less to tear down the Greensweep wall and re-build it, with more man-hours and additonal material, than Greensweep charged me to build the retaining ring the first time, that shifted after less than 4 months.

This is the second and last time I will use Green Sweep.
I purchased the brick for the retaining wall from Lowe's in advance. I was going to deliver the 75 bricks to my home myself; however,. Ben, owner of Green Sweep, said that since he was driving by Lowe's he would pick up the brick; I faxed his office a copy of the receipt.
I was going to have another company deliver the top soil and Green Sweep was going to spread it at $25 per man hour. Ben said he had good top soil and would deliver his; wish I had stayed with my first choice; I am still picking sticks and twigs out of the Green Sweep top soil.
When I received the bill from Green Sweep today, I was expecting $407 based on written estimate plus 4 man hours for building the tree ring (1 master builder with his helper took just under two hours to build, without using cement). I was charged $350 labor ($87.50 per man hour) for the tree ring for a total of $877. I have cancelled all future work that was to be performed by Green Sweep.
I was told sod would be cut and rolled back to allow removing or adding of soil and re-setting of drainage down spout tiles. Instead sod was cut up in pieces removed, and put back down; very noticeable.

There was no sign that they had even been there after they were completed. They worked very hard and did a great job.
