We also cover asheville nc, hendersonville nc and all western north carolina since 1997. We specialize in residential, commercial and new construction jobsites pressure washing of all types. We currently have 2 new homes builders in north carolina & tn that we pressure wash all new homes before closing. We offer a 100% guarentee on all work performed for the residential homeowner to the commercial contractor. We offer a free test cleaning to show our customers what type of professional job they can expect.

I can't say enough good things about Ken Cates! My Mom passed away in January and we were preparing her house for sale. We wanted to have the exterior looking as good as possible. Ken was great to work with, very professional and did outstanding work for a fair price. I had to cancel on him once but he was very gracious and worked this job back in even though his schedule was packed.

Mr. Cates returned my calls promptly. We scheduled the work, weather permitting, and was performed on time. He called afterwards to make sure the work was satisfactory, which it was. They even cleaned the outside window ledges!

Excellent...Ken Cates responded quickly to my inquiry, kept me advised on the status of the job, and made my house look new again. He was able to remove the crud from the gutters and along the soffets and as a bonus, my doors and windows were cleaned on the outside! Would definitely recommend and will use Cates again.

This guy is a rock star. Very professional system, extremely honest, showed up exactly as he promised, and did an amazing job. My house was FILTHY; gutters full of crud, decks looked like they may have needed replacement. House sparkles now, what an incredible difference. Would certainly do again.

Outstanding performance. Home had some really bad green mold on the back side. It is completely gone like it never existed. Ken Cates very professional. Cleaned soffits and gutters. Made home look brand new. The best thing is he uses hot water and a great toxic free cleaning solution Without having to use high pressure water on your house and windows. Very happy and will be calling him again!

Due to an address mixup, he was a little late but it wasn't significant and he apologized. The work he did was exactly as advertised, the low pressure forced no water into the house (all my prior attempts at pressure washing my house did exactly that) and the pre-wash stuff he put on did a marvelous job of making my house look just about brand new! I have gotten multiple compliments from multiple people who come over and see my house all of them saying it looks brand new. Things I thought would require scraping and repainting look great now. He noticed some lichen growing on a section of my roof and sprayed it with bleach and called my attention to it. Very friendly, very professional - worth every penny.

Ken did an excellent job washing my entire house - brick with vinyl siding and back deck. He gave me a very fair quote and was very prompt in doing so. He was right on time for the day of service and was very efficient. Everything looks great. I will definitely be using his services again.

Mr. Cates arrived promptly on the service date and was able to finish cleaning the entire house within 3 hours. Additionally, when we found that we had several areas that had mud built up behind the vinyl Mr. Cates cleaned those areas several times each until the mud no longer dripped through the weep holes to the front of the vinyl. Mr. Cates called later that evening to make sure we were satisfied with the cleaning and he even returned to the house later that evening when we found a small area that had again dripped from the weep holes to the front of the vinyl. We are very pleased with the results. Our home is the cleanest that it has ever been. Since we have had several homes over the years with a brick and vinyl exterior we have had our houses cleaned many times. Without a doubt Mr. Cates provided the best cleaning service and was the most competent professional that we have ever experienced.

Ken was awesome. Very knowledgeable of the products that he used to wash my home. He is not like many other pressure washing companies who use cheap cleaning solutions.
