They come regularly. They have a key to the house and they take care of what we need done. If there is anything extra that comes along and they notice, they will call and let me know.

They were honest and dependable. We used to manage some rental cabins and they came regularly. They were very prompt and thorough and they would always come back if we had problems.

They come once a month. We have a contract with them. They go to the house whether we are there or not. They do the bugs and I had bees before and they removed the bees. They keep up with everything and as we stay in the woods there are lots of bugs, so they do the inside and outside. There are a lot of places where people actually don’t like to live around and they are real good and if there is a problem they would let you know about it. If you have not lived in the house for six months, they have sometimes gone and turned the heat on for me. They go above and beyond.
