Frazier's Discount Lumber, Inc

If I could leave one star I would. Everything with this company was a complete hassle. I decided to go with this company because they're "family owned" Unfortunately they treat you like another number. The lady on the phone is incredibly nasty (the wife) They are NOT dependable. They didn't show up when they said they would 4 times! They didn't even call to reschedule and I had to leave work to meet them. They did a minimal quality job on my dock that I have way too much money invested in. Hopefully this will deter you from using this company because I wish I would've read a review like this before calling them. They're was issues with my dock after they finally came out to finish it, I called and they could careless. I had to hire someone else to come and fix it.

When the specialist went to install the door, it would not fit.  He wanted to return the door, making me believe he was just trying to get by without the door.  It sounded like he had discussed this with the vendor but i have no proof.  I heard him on a call later saying he was trying to put a door in a shower that was not designed for a door.  I was lied to by the specialist and the vendor.  I ask specifically if this would work.  The specialist bought (my account) plastic board and force the door to hang - it did not seal on the sides as the shower had a curve in the wall.  IT WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO HAVE A DOOR.  They said I should just use a shower curtain.  I said that was unacceptable and that if I had to go to court it would include both of them..  I paid both parties and they went on their way.  I have figured out how to get the shower door to fit and not leak but it was a lot of work and materials.  This vendor is crooked and will do whatever to get more money.  I would not do business with them.  On the return I was told the return policy was on the front door.  I did all the buying on the telephone and was not told anything - they tried to interject faith and religion in the sale.  I explained to the specialist that this was very unprofessional as I had not discussed my religion and faith and that it was personal and had nothing to do with the business transaction.  It is very unprofessional to judge you faith on a bad transaction generated by them.  Again, I would not do business with this store as they will do anything to get your money.

The contractor, Repair Masters Inc., had me call them to order the piece and I was not sure what to say so they called and order and I paid for it over the phone. tt was the wrong shower and there was a mistake in what was being ordered since it was not in my work description, I wanted to return it and even offered to pay the shipping and restocking fees.  The representative of the company, Shey Frazier, was whom I spoke with and asked her what she can do for me. She basically told me on the front door it states they don't do returns and I let her know it was over the phone. I let her know that I was going to report his to Angie's List and she began to discuss religion and she stated all I did was order the shower from her and this was about a business transaction not religion. I am caught in the middle of the contractor and the vendor.  The contractor, Repair Masters, Inc called me and said they had another shower that would fit and would have a door which the previous one did not.  I bought the door.  He got it installed by putting supports in the shower, but the doors do not shut.  I overheard him talking on the phone.  He said he was finishing putting  a door on a shower that was not designed for the shower.  He worked a few hours trying to get the doors to fit.  They will not as the shower has a curve in it and the doors are straight.  I have been totally taken on this.  I will not use either one again as they want to do small work.  I am posting this on both Frizzers and Repair Masters, Inc  - that will allow people to see both.
