We rented a cabin from them recently.  It was advertised to have high speed internet.  The cabin was sold and the new owner had not established cable or internet to the cabin.  Cabin Fever Vacations seemed not to be aware of this until I raised this issue.  In the end they offered 10% off the rental fee and the use of the internet in their office 15-20 minutes down the road.  Of note, when I checked in I was made a 'preferred renter" or some such thing and was offered 10% off future cabin rentals.  They did not provide the service promised on their website and I feel they did not do enough to make right on their mistake.
