Masonry Work
He didn't use real rock, but a cheap composite concrete which immediately began chipping and flaking. Whatever he used for "mortar" disintegrated almost immediately. Fake rock and mortar fell off the structure, making an unsightly mess. He demanded immediate cash payment as he was going out of town (assuring me he would complete the job) He did not a) complete the second job, b) clean up, pressure wash, etc., c) fix the main job, though he w as contacted more than once by me and husband and promised he would return. I am disappointed because our previous experience had been so good, Embarrassed for having paid such an exorbitant amount in cash, Furious because I have to clean up, attempt to repair masonry, forgo other work I need done (because I have spent all my money on this), and I cannot use the pool area now.
