He came without a pencil, saw or anything to perform the service.  When he returned his cuts were crooked, not sanded.  He was called to return because of the unacceptability of his work.  When he returned on May 31st, he said he had told my father he could not cut it straight (I was not home when this was done).  He said he could put molding around for another $150.00 or take the cabinet out and send it off for repair for $800.00.  He was argumentative and loud.   He blamed my 85 year old father for his shoddy work.  He is not taking responsibility for his poor work and is unwilling to correct it unless he is "paid cash up front".  I am unwilling to pay him any additional cost, which I told him.  Since he was paid in full for his service I found the comment rude and unacceptable.

Due to a job relocation we had to hurry and get our house on the market, but it needed a complete paint job and repairs and upgrades.  As our time frame began shrinking we realized we were over our heads in this massive undertaking.  We called Matt Sipos and he came out and looked at our situation and gave us an estimate and got right to work.  He worked really hard and very the work is professional.  His great attitude was very welcome and melted some of our stress.  He is knowledgeable in so many areas of home repair and maintenance. His suggestions and advice were spot on.  THIS is the go to guy for getting a job done and done RIGHT.
