It was an excellent experience.
I have only the highest regard for this contractor/ maintenance man.
He was a breath of fresh air after having to deal with other contractors and service providers.
He had an eye for quality and always was on time and was so professional.I am very particular and he met my quality expectations.
The following are the things he did in a neat and detailed way:
He tiled a shower,
Installed plumbing fixtures
Did electrical work ( he is a certified electrician)
Installed garbage disposals, dish washers, new kitchen sink
Repaired screen doors
Installed Luxury Vinyl Tile
Painted a deck and interior rooms, caulked where needed
Installed trim, interior doors , and hardware
Sanded and refinished hard wood floors
Installed vanities
Installed a microwave above the stove
Vented a clothes dryer
Tiled a ceramic floor
