Dunn Development built us a terrific 32x24 detached garage 2014. From the site clearing, to the final nail and stroke of the paintbrush, everything went smoothly and on time. All of the workers were very professional, courteous, and cleaned up the site each day. We had to coordinate with our electric service provider to remove an existing telephone pole, which jutted into the drive, and replace it with a new pole. Dunn Development coordinated all of this work, and it was done perfectly. The concrete floor was very well done, with no cracking or degrading of the surface, after 2 years! The siding we chose is beautiful and was perfectly installed, and the painting contractor put a sample of our color selection on a small section for us to observe and decide if we wanted it. It turned out we did NOT want that color and, in consulting with the contractor, found the perfect color. All of the electrical work was done very professionally. Robert Dunn was on site daily and reviewed the work as it was progressing. He was extremely professional and wanted to be sure that the work was being done to our satisfaction. One of the best outcomes is we have a beautiful garage which came in within budget! Job well done!

I have to say that I am very pleased with the job these guys did. It was an outstanding job; they were very clean and professional. I really appreciate their punctuality, but it did take them about a day to get back to me after I called for the first time, but after that they were excellent.
