As I was entering Paris Tennessee I noticed shaking in my car so I wanted it checked out before I headed back to Ohio with kids in the car. I thought I probably needed a front end alignment but after looking they said I needed 2 tires. They replaced the tires, straightened the wheels and got me back on the road safely before the hurricane Laura storm hit the area which was wonderful because the storm was headed on my path home and I was able to stay ahead of the storm They told me when I get back home I have someone look at my struts. They were very helpful and honest. I felt very safe driving home.

So far Triple T has not ripped me off. Their prices are high, but the service has been good for the past two years I've been going to them.

My son hit a rut on a dirt road and deflated the tire. We changed the tire and brought it to the Triple T Tire Pros. Within 10 minutes they had checked for damage, put tire on rim and inflated to proper pressure. They refused money for the labor provided. I also remember about 4 year prior they did some minor work for one of our vehicles and did not charge us. I feel like the team is very honest and will take care of their customers.

I knew what I wanted and needed. A set of plug wires and ONE plug. I did not want or need A diagnostic test. I also wanted my tires rotated, because I bought them there. This was not done.
I had already got an estimate from the garage I usually go to. and quot;130.00and quot;. But because I wanted the tire rotation I went to this garage. I figured how much difference could there be, boy was I wrong. I should have known better because of A bad deal here a few years ago. This garage is very over priced, I could have went to A Chevrolet dealer and got A better price.
I suggest you do your homework first and not let your guard down as I did.

I'm not sure how we misunderstood your wishes. Anyone can quote a cheaper price on the phone but when they actually try to solve your vehicle maintenance problem it may be different from what you think, that's the reason we call before we perform a repair. Sorry for the obvious misunderstanding. We do our best to provide all the information to help u make the best decision."
