He said that he charged 48 units and right now we have 23 units that are down. He came in and when questioned about his work he was very rude about it. He said that he had other jobs that he had to do and demanded to be paid for what he had already done. He was very unpleased in dealing with. There were billing discrepancies between his quote and what he charged. We contacted him to get a copy of the bill and they said that they did not have it anymore. We have been very displeased with the whole experience.
