One of their guys came out, figured out the problem and realized it needed a new pump, so he called back to the shoo and had another guy bring out a new pump and install it rather quickly. The first guy has been here before and remembered that I work midnights so he tried to work as quick as possible, as to not disturb my sleep schedule, and I didn't even ask him to.

Since no kind of leak could be found, he check the water pump, hoses, connections etc while he was here. His service call comes with a 30 day warranty and a smile. He says his company is owned by God, and managed by him. I found him to be polite, reasonable, and knowledgeable.
