They clearly explained the problem, and gave their reasons for the solution in plain English. They had the heart of a teacher, not a salesman or a "parts-swapper", and I was never made to feel stupid for asking a question. They even got the little things right like not using profanity around a customer (even when the work was frustrating) and always covering their boots before coming inside. I would absolutely recommend them to my neighbors and family, without question.
