Deserves zero stars. The worst company I have ever dealt with, I don't even know where to start. We had a house fire and ServPro/Green Team Restorations was sent out to clean up and repair our house. We had our stuff packed up and moved out so ServPro could clean our belongings from the fire as well as repair and replace damage done to the kitchen. The reconstruction was a nightmare. Craig "Hoss" Taylor and his crew were horrible. Not only was Craig the rudest, most unprofessional person to speak to, his crew did a terrible job. the painters cut every corner they could from NOT priming my walls as they were instructed to do, to not removing mirrors or hardware to paint behind,to not using drop cloths and making a huge mess in every room.. yet they certainly billed for this stuff! I would recommend every customer to go through any invoice from ServPro with a fine tooth comb because these con artists will sneak in all kinds of extra charges. Once I addressed Craig about the horrible job and corners they were cutting he told me it was my word against the painters word (i even had multiple pictures proving everything) and told me if I had a problem I could address the paint crew myself! Which I did, but I should not have been asked to do this. That is the job of the manager or supervisor, not the client. Extremely unprofessional. Then the crew unhooked my dishwasher but didn't cap any of the pipes, leaving a dripping hose laying on my kitchen floor that soaked it, and Craig had the audacity to tell me I needed to make ANOTHER insurance claim because there was a leak in my kitchen.. There was not a leak, it was his crews negligence and poor working habits. The crew also clogged both of my toilets.. After the paint job was finished they were supposed to replace all of our outlet swatch plates, but they didn't. They left every outlet and light switch in my house exposed, but they certainly billed my insurance for every outlet and light switch swatch plate AND were indeed paid over $200 for these outlet/light plates! However I still have not received any outlet/light switch covers and it has been 4 months after they finished the paint job. I have been asking managers and supervisors to pay me back for these outlet plates and instead of doing that they tried to send a guy out on January 5 2023 to count and replace the outlets covers, but the paint job was finished in July 2022 I obviously replaced them myself before freaking January 2023! I just want to be paid back for them since servepro was paid for them anyways (but like I said these guys are crooks!) As for the pack out, once they returned our stuff in august I noticed multiple large items were missing. I immediately reached out to Greg Hocking to let him know we were missing three dressers as well as a bunch of linens (curtains,pillows etc) and some other things. He told me they broke the dressers during the move, okay why was I not informed of this until now? They just didn't return these items and weren't going to say anything until I asked where my stuff was?! As for the other items, He told me he would look into them and provide the necessary information to my insurance so I could be reimbursed and replace them. Well over four months went by before he was able to look into this and provide proof (something that should've only taken a day to look into!) plus I had to call and email many many times and speak with supervisors to get him to even do that. Every time I reached out to the company for resolutions I have been given the run around. As bad as a house fire or flood can be, dealing with ServPro was worse. Do not use this company.

Worst company we have ever dealt with. Still waiting for them to finish and or repair our home properly. Construction inspector advised job was subpar at best and in many cases never completed according to their quote. NEVER use this company.

We had a dishwasher bust. The insurance company called a local Servpro. This company brought out 1 humidifier and 1 fan to dry out a 600 square feet space. I called the insurance back and reported the problem and another Servpro was asked to come out this time there were 9 fans and a humidifier brought out. And within a week our flooring was dry enough to take out. 4 layers of flooring was taken out. The Ootelwah Servpro saved the day.

Because the company handles emergency cleanup situations, my original scheduled day had to be changed to the following day due to an all hands on emergency cleanup. That meant some inconvenience since ServPro didn't contact me until the morning of the original scheduled date and I had already moved my pets and all their stuff to another small room downstairs. So it was mostly inconvenient for my pets having to stay in a small area for over 24 hours. The 2 guys who came out the following day were very kind, trustworthy and professional. Because most of the ceiling registers were in poor condition even after they had cleaned them due to rust and mold, I chose to run an errand to purchase replacement registers. Before I left for the hardware stores, I had asked for measurements of the registers which they did and was told by the ServPro guys that all the registers were the same size. When I returned with the new replacement ceiling registers, they immediately apologized because shortly after I left they had found that 2 of the registers were a different size from the others. They did not have my cell phone number to call me once they realized the difference. They put up the new registers that properly fit. The ServPro lead guy on the job told me to contact the local office when I had purchased the other properly sized registers and felt certain that someone could come back out to install them. ServPro did allow the guy to come back out and finish replacing my ceiling registers upstairs. There was some cleanup required after they left which entailed vacuuming up some dry black pieces which were blown out through the registers for the first day or two after the cleaning of the ductwork. Overall, excellent experience.

The technician came to assess the situation on the day I called.  He thoroughly explained everything he would be doing.  The next day he came back and cut out the soaked carpet and pad and took it outside.  He removed all the molding from around the floor.  Then he set up several fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the rest of the carpet and floor.  The equipment was left several days.  The technician returned, checked to see that everything was dried out, and packed up all the equipment.  Everything was done efficiently, thoroughly, and professionally.  We would definitely use ServPro again.

They were paid for by the insurance company. The price was high, and the follow-up was so-so. if a third party was paying, I would use, but from a responsiveness and cost standpoint... I would shop around.

We very rarely receive any reviews with anything less than an A rating from our customers, so when we received your review, I was concerned. In fact, other than your negative review, all have been A's with the exception of two B ratings and one D rating. Fortunately the customer who left a D rating had us confused with another service provider. In the few cases where we have received a review with anything less than an A rating, we received them very soon after we performed services. This is very helpful because it allows us time to rectify an problems for our customers. I am curious why, in your case, the review was left over two and half years after the services were performed. When I retrieved your information from our records, I noticed that we were contacted by our corporate office on August 10, 2011 and given your information. In your review, you mention two items that I hopefully I can provide clarification on: 1) You mention that our pricing is high. Under most circumstances, our services are paid for by insurance carriers. When this is the case, we most often use the estimating software that is accepted and often required by the insurance company. In other words, we do not set the pricing. Insurance companies do not pay any more than they are required to pay or feel is reasonable. 2) You mention the concern about being billed daily for equipment left on site. In the estimating software mentioned above, equipment is billed based upon a 24 hour period. When we leave a job site, we leave the equipment running. However, we also return each day to monitor the progress and remove equipment as necessary. I hope I have addressed any concerns that you may have.
