Initially great came out late on Saturday night to remove water. Down hill from there. Kept telling me how busy they were received scope of work and ready to start. Removed carpet on one visit. Drywall on another. Very poor communication about scope of work, did not even do half of what they stated needed to be done to fix the damage. Keep telling me they have done things that were not done, like hepa vacuum, suppose to spray ceilings. Asked for revised scope of work still have not received it. Work started July 1. Was told by worker that most people don't care what the insurance is charged and that most customers don't want to be involved in the process. Well I do, I want to make sure services are actually completed before the insurance company gets a bill for $6000.
