Best experience ever. The roofers arrive early morning and we’re finished by 4. I let Neil choose the shingle color and he hit it out of the park. I love, love, love my roof! It is absolutely beautiful and I am so happy.

I hired Radiant Roofing to replace my roof. Neil Schmidt and his crew did an excellent job and cleaned up very well also. This was the second time I had used Radiant Roofing as I had initially used them about 20 years ago to do my roof. Both times they worked with my schedule so it was convenient for me and they were very efficient. I also just used them to perform chimney repair. Neil is great at promptly responding to phone calls and inquiries and came out quickly for my initial estimate as well. I highly recommend their services!

Exceptional! Neil and his team is a FIVE Star company without question. A large tree fell on my mother's home in a recent storm, damaging the roof, soffit, and and 6 sheets of roof decking. Radiant Roofing was very prompt and provided a good price for the quality of material and work that needed done. They removed two layers of old roofing, replaced the damaged roof decking, soffit, rafter and rebuilt the corner. Also flashed the chimney, added new plump collars, re-painted soffits and Installed a brand new Quality Roof at a fantastic price! Very pleased.

Neals Crew did a fantastic job getting our roof replaced after the April Tornado last year. He did excellent work, did it efficiently, and did a complete cleanup after (which I felt was really important). They did a magnet sweep afterward to pick up any stray nails.

A friend of ours suggested Radiant Roofing when it was time to change our roof out. My family and I couldn't be happier with the services we received in changing out our roof with Radiant Roofing. Neil and his team were on time, ready to go and super quick! We had our roof changed out in 1 day, we were amazed! Neil is also affordable and will help pick out the right color shingle for your roof. We went with his shingle suggestion and couldn't be happier that we did. They do excellent, quality work!

Radiant inspected my old roof and went over the details of what needed to be done including some additional costs that could arise once the old roof was removed and they could see the decking. He helped me pick the right tile color for my home, recommended new ventilation to reduce the heat in my attic. Once the work started they arrived when promised ready to work, and when the job was completed left my home/yard neat and clean. Overall I am very happy with my new roof and would hire Radiant again.

We could not be more pleased with Radiant Roofing! Neil was extremely courteous, patient, and informative. Our insurance company was able to work seamlessly with Radiant Roofing without any hiccups. His estimate was fair and he patiently explained the cost of everything to me. The workmen were almost finished in only one day, but were rained out. They came back the next day and finished promptly. I have not found one roofing tack or any debris in our yard from their work! I am extremely pleased with our new roof and highly recommend Radiant Roofing.

Neil's crew did an excellent job on replacing the roof and prepping the old gutters for Neil's next crew to replace these gutters as well as adding new fascia and soffit coverings. This crew also added leaf guard screens to the gutters. Both crews were very professional and very responsive to my requests for various items to be completed. Their costs were very reasonable.

Neil is professional and extremely honest and Eddie and his crew completed the job in one day and being in the trades myself Eddie showed me pictures of what was bad and what they replaced, it's nice to know there are honest contractors out there and i would highly recomend them
