HUGO'S LANDSCAPE & IRRIGATION CO

Job was contracted in April of 2013 to be completed by July 6, 2013.  Job was not started until June 2013. Asked for check for materials up front which was not included in contract.  Contract specified 50% up front date of signing, asked for materials check upon starting the job.  Delivered materials, started job, worked one day, didn't show up for another two days, then had his guys worked approximately 3 hrs. and pulled all but one off to another job.  Job was not completed as specified in contract.  Materials were taken to another jobsite to complete and never replaced.  Didn't use manufactured sand, instead used river sand, all washed away when it rained, materials that were taken, never put down, therefore, had to rehire someone to finish job and pay them.  A job based on the number of hours actually worked should have taken about three days, continued on for 6 weeks and still was not completed properly.  Would never hire this guy again.  Makes a lot of promises and keeps none.
