+ -1 moreI have been visiting for about 1 year. The staff is very friendly and polite. They even greet me by name. I go almost every day. The facility is very nice and the equipment is high quality. There are plenty of machines available and offer many different kinds of classes. They have a pool in another building and trainers available if you need one.
Description of Work: I have an annual membership.

+ -1 moreI met with Caleb at 0500 on May 15th for a personal training session that was included with my membership at Fit One. Caleb was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my concerns about target areas that I wanted to improve and delivered a program that met my specific requests! I had a great training session! When I'm ready for more specialized training, I will not hesitate to call upon Caleb to assist me in that effort. I particularly enjoy the overall environment at Fit One. You know what they are all about the moment you enter the facility, and the customer service has been great! The owner, Jerry, sets the standard for that great customer service, as he leads by example.

+ -1 moreWe love that place. We heard about the place from my wife's friend who goes there. It's a nice clean gym. It's small enough but they have everything we need. It's never really crowded like the other places. It's more personal. We get the right equipment and everything we need there.
