They are very good. They are trustworthy. If they say they are going to be here, they are here; they always show up. We kind of got a relationship with our bug guy now. They are friendly, professional and they get rid of the bugs. They are just outstanding. I don’t know much about how much other companies charge. We had mice and we called them. They came right out. These guys are more laid back.

It went fine. It all seems so expensive to me. Didn't realize you had to pay an annual maintenance cost, so that is another $125 a year.
