The response time with a quote was done quickly and efficiently. The workers were pleasantly and worked tirelessly u til the job was done the carpentry was excellent. The only delay was in some of the composite wood color didn't match the other shipped in the first batch. They had to have more delivered. But that only took a couple of days. We love the deck.
