Mr. Galen was exceptional. He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing each step of the way and answered my questions thoroughly. He provided recommendations and suggestions on how to keep my laptop in good working order. I even received a discount for being an Angie's List referral. Thanks so much. He is extremely knowledgeable about what he does, he comes out to your house so there is no wondering when you're going to be getting your equipment back. Both services he performed he came in under the quoted estimate even though he spent more time than he had originally estimated.
He went over and above to not only clean our computer up, but make sure that we had proper protection to make sure that it didn't happen again.
He also personally called me when some of the Yahoo member email passwords had been broken in to.

Galen came at the time he had scheduled and worked a couple of hours on my computer. He told me what he had done and gave me a few steps to take to help protect my computer from viruses and to keep it running well. I would use Computer Medics again if the need arose in the future.

His name is Galen Huebner, and he was just marvelous, he went beyond the call of duty. He was very reasonable in his price, so we feel very good about him. We like him, and we will have him back again too. My husband paid him, I think it was $100, and he said that the price was very reasonable for everything he did. He spent practically the whole afternoon with us, and he seemed just a really nice person. He was always on time, and once when he was delayed by a storm, he called us and told us.

Galen was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Now I don't have to think about having to buy a new computer, and the repair cost was so reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased.

Galen quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it by reconnecting the primary drive power cable, removing and reinstalling the new video card, and installed and tested the video drivers. After the system was running, he noted that it was running slower than normal and took some addition steps and recommended additional specifics steps that I could take to improve overall performance. The result was completely positive. My four year old system is at least as good as, or maybe better than new. I was very impressed with Galen's knowledge and professionalism and would not hesitate to call him the next time that I have a computer problem that I can't handle.

Galen was exceptionally responsive and professional. He kept me informed via e-mail of his progress and my options (because of my work schedule this was very important). He was obviously focused on giving me the "best bang for my buck"! He was on time both when he picked up and returned my system. His explanations of the issues were simple and to the point. I will use him again when necessary. I highly recommend him for home and small business users.

He was on time, he told me what he had done, showed me the effect of program he suggested removing, and showed me how to use the new software. He was very thorough. My only suggestion is don't expect him to be done in an hour... this took almost three, so free up a block of time if you have a big problem. He was really easy to work with - didn't use so much tech jargon that I couldn't understand him, so I will definately call him again if needed.

My computer needed more attention. They removed the computer and took it off site to correct the problem, cleaned up unwanted programs, added memory and within 24hrs returned the computer to my home in good working order.
