Armstrong Relocation Co

I have moved 5 times prior to my latest move with Armstrong Relocation out of Chattanooga. I have always been completely satisfied. Not the case with Armstrong Relocation & Companies. They picked up my household belongings and were to store them for just over a month till I could close on our new home and then deliver them to that new home. Upon delivery it was obvious they had damaged a couple bookshelves. I also immediately noticed a step ladder was missing. After a couple days of unpacking the rest of our household items the rest of the missing/stolen items became apparent. I brought this to the attention of Armstrong Relocation and told them what the items cost to replace. They told me they would "investigate". After taking several weeks I had to call them back. They sent me a very accusatory letter basically denying wrongdoing and a check for less than half of what I am out. They are terrible!!!! I would advise using someone else that will not steal and damage your household belongings and then offer you less than half the amount they were worth. I hope no one else has to go through this with them!!!

Went ok. Minor bumps and chips here and there.

This was by far the worst move we have ever expiranced. Everything we were told to do on the estimate we did and we found the packers had unboxed and re packed a lot of our belongings that we had already packed to Raise the bill they even reused our boxes and tubs. We found a lot of broken items that they had packed, nothing we packed was damaged. I would never use them again this was a very costly mistake. The day before our move the salesman left the company to bad he was the only asset other than the driver who was very accomidating. On the day of packing they showed up with a truck load of children and the adults Started smoking at the curb ( we requested no smokers when we signed the contract and were assured no one would be smoking. I'm highly allergic to any smoke and on oxygen and will stop breathing at any sign or residue of smoke. We had to ask that children and smokers to leave. We we not paying for child labor we thought we hired professionals! We complained about the poor service and broken furniture and items they packed, but their customer service were rude and refused to re-emburse or reduce their price. My advice is to avoid them at all costs.

The 4 man crew arrived on time. they were all in uniform in a clean truck. I told them that i did not like smokers...they told me no proble. I never smelled or saw a smoker all day. The customer service person checked on me before...during and after the move...what a great girl...very friendly...just a wonderful experience.

We are still unpacking, as soon as we are done unpacking and really know that nothing got broken in transit and things like that, it's hard to say completely.  So far everything is excellent.  They are A's across the board so far.  Everything went 100% as expected.

They were great. They were personable and I think they went over and above to make sure that we got moved in on time.
