Talked to Mario at Appliance 911. He asked questions about my issue with my gas range, and gave me suggestions to try, for free, at home. “I can come fix it for you, but feel free to try this first, and if it doesn’t work, call me, then I’ll be happy to fix it for you.” Well, his suggestions worked, and his honesty, helpfulness, and courtesy, now have his number saved in my phone for all appliance needs. Character and honesty go a long way these days, and it’s nice to see that some repairmen still have that.

I was worried about getting this oven fixed as it was made by Montgomery Ward, but Appliance 911 was able to replace. I'm back to baking.

Mario came down as scheduled and investigated the issue and diagnosed the compressor was failing. He advised us to try and claim warranty with GE but otherwise look at a new refrigerator. He could have replaced the compressor for $800. but since that was over half way to a new unit he recommended buying something new. While the sting of losing my investment in a 2 year old refrigerator hurts I am very thankful that there are still honest repairmen out there that can shoot straight with you even if it isn't in there own economic interest. He will be my go to recommendation for anyone who is looking for appliance repairs or even advice.

They responded very quickly to an issue we had which needed immediate attention regarding our microwave oven. We set an appointment, he arrived on time and took care of the problem very professionally. I would strongly recommend Appliance 911.

Mario arrived on time. Over course the dryer wouldn't make the sound for him but he listened to my concerns and offered a few options. He opened the dryer up and advised of what he thought would solve the problem. He then disassembled the dryer, cleaned, and lubed the pulleys. He checked the vent air flow. He worked about 30 minutes on it and reassembled the dryer. Because the dryer wouldn't make the sound, we couldn't immediately verify his work solved the issue. But later that evening we ran a full load of clothes and not only was the annoying whining sound gone, it seemed to run more quietly than ever. He was conscious and respectful of costs and proposed a reasonable, low cost solution. I am very happy with the service Mario provided and would not hesitate to call him again for appliance repair. He was fair, polite, and profession.

Late on a Sunday afternoon, we realized that our refrigerator and freezer were getting warmer and warmer! The motor was running and lights were on, but that's it. Thoroughly vacuuming the coils didn't improve things. We moved the essentials to the back-up freezer. I found 3 companies on Angie's List and called them first thing Monday morning. Mario from Appliance 911 called me back within 20 minutes. I explained the situation to him and he said he could stop by that morning to take a look at it! To be fair, both of the other companies returned my calls that morning, too.

Available quickly. Timely response. Diagnosed and fixed the problem. Couldn't ask for more.

I called Mario mid morning and he was in the area, so he came at 1:30pm same day. Our washing machine was clunking, and spinning too slowly. He diagnosed a draining problem, had it fixed in no time, ran it to make sure it worked, instructed me on how to clean out the coin catcher where things clog up, how to clean the washer, and gave advice on extending the life of our appliances. No up-selling, just straight forward, honest service. The service call cost $95 and he said if his fix didn't work, he would come back for free. We will definitely call on him again if we have another appliance problem.

Mario did a great job. He really had to work and take his time replacing the glass top. I'm glad he was there to do the job. He also replaced the ice machine. Mario was awesome. I will use him in the future.

I used Mario twice in the past three weeks and he was excellent. He fixed my 20-year-old Sears dryer and determined I needed to replace my microwave in a single service call. I had him return to install the new microwave and he was punctual, polite and charged a reasonable fee. I intend to us his company for all my appliance repair needs in the future.

We had previously called someone else to repair this dishwasher.  It did not go well.  They delayed their appointment and when they did show up did not have the part to repair the dishwasher and were estimating several weeks to get the part and set a new appointment.  Canceled them and called Mario.  He got the part and repaired the dishwasher in one day.  Very impressed with his promptness and kind manner.  No question we will ONLY use Mario in the future for appliance repairs.

I had to call a few places to find someone who could come out today because I did not want to be without the use of my oven for the weekend.  I'm glad I called Appliance 911 because Mario was able to pick up the part and get to my home within an hour.  He was very professional, very friendly and had my oven working within a few minutes of his arrival.  He even checked my gas grill for a problem I have with the ignition and will be calling me with an estimate to get that repaired.  I highly recommend using this company since he obviously is very concerned with customer service and helping out as soon as he possibly can.  I thought his price was very fair as well.

This is the second time I have used Mario with Appliance 911.  I called about an icemaker problem.  First he had me perform some tests at home to see if I could get it working before a service call.  When this did not work he scheduled a time to come out and look at the problem.  He was quick and prompt.  We had to replace the icemaker, which he picked up for me.  He was on time and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. 
I had previously called Mario to repair my washing machine which stopped spinning.  He came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it.  He did not try to sell me anything unnecessary but gave helpful advice on maintenance and future needs.
