He was always very responsive and never over charged me for anything. Finally, when it was time for a new unit C&C heating gave us a good pricing and the work was done on time and correct. Never had any issues with the unit. I would strongly recommend C&C heating to anyone.

Our HVAC unit was quite old (I think around 17+ years) and the SEER rating wasn't all that wonderful either. When I found out Carrier was offering a $1000 on some of their new HVAC units and that I could essentially double my SEER rating, I decided it was time. I've dealt with these guys before and was happy to have them come out and do some more work for me. The company has been around for a long time and all the guys are very nice and seem quite knowledgeable. The removal of the old unit and installation of the new one went off without a hitch and they even cleaned up their mess before they left.

I got their name through a personal reference. They had installed her system and she was happy with their service and liked Carrier products. He was very accommodating in giving me an estimate back in September. I decided to do the work and I gave him a call. We set a date and they were here that day and got the job done, cleaned up and were gone. It was a 17 year old system and we knew we were running on borrowed time! I could not push it any further. It has been so cold I have yet to see any savings but I do know people are getting hit with incredible heating bills and mine doesn't seem any more than usual. I got a $1000 tax credit from Carrier. The service guys had been trained well. They cleaned up well and got the job done quickly. My only negative thing was I could have used a little more information with what was involved. For example they had to install another vent. The guy was out front making a hole in my brick for a new vent and I wasn't really consulted first. They have been very responsive. My thermostat was off after they installed it. It did not register temperature properly, which was very strange. The owner came and said it was very odd. He did research and came out and re-calibrated it. He also showed me how to change my filters. I had another question and called and he is going to come back out again. And I know he won't charge me. These are good ole' boys I am dealing with.
