The two young ladies that came to my home obviously didn't know what deep cleaning is...or even a basic cleaning. I paid $180 for a deep cleaning for my downstairs only. They didn t do anything except vacuum two rooms. I asked them when they were done if they had mopped the hardwood floor...they said yes. I asked whether they cleaned the countertops and scrubbed the toilets and again they said yes to everything I asked them. I found crumbs on the counters and floors, the toilets weren t touched nor was the bathtub or shower. The appliances were dirty. I am scratching my head to figure out what I spent $180.00 for. I won t make that mistake again.
