Mattress Warehouse does not recall ever seeing this gentleman. We would never treat someone rude or negligently. I am the owner, and I personally work the sales floor. I personally take consumers through our factory, and show them the build process for quality. While we make no claim to perfection, we certainly want a consumer's business, and would never reject reasonable business. I find it odd that this consumer did not purchase from us, but left a negative review. We challenge this review, and reiterate that Mattress Warehouse has been in the Nashville area for going on two decades, and literally has tens of thousands of happy customers. We sell the majority of non-profit groups, the army, hospitals, universities, and various other large-scale entities. We take every customer seriously, and would not reject a customer unless they proposed totally unreasonable price demands or something a reasonable person's standard would not apply to. While we know we can't satisfy everyone, we always work in good-faith efforts to do so. We take great pride in our product line having the only showroom in the area with two-sided beds, the lowest priced budget-oriented product line, and the highest quality ultra-premium and premium scale mattresses at the very lowest cost possible in the industry. Most of the time, our product sells itself. We do not believe in badgering someone for a sale, and it is possible that there was a misinterpretation of events whereby the consumer expected a "hard-sell" and we just don't have to do that. With the internet, specs on our website, videos we post online, and the various website maintenance that we offer, we consistently try to educate our consumers to the best of our ability about how to make a good-sense purchase. We are an A+ BBB rated company, and only unreasonable criteria demands have ever been shut down. We run at the lowest profit margins humanly possible to run a high-level mattress facility. I feel surprised that with my running the showroom personally, that this gentleman didn't voice whatever his concerns were right then and there, as I would have gladly offered him more personalized service, which I do routinely, on a consistent basis.

Great selection of mattresses - no name brands but quality is just as good at a fraction of the cost. Staff is friendly - there are no frills about the store - it is a warehouse, but don't let that fool you. The quality is superb. My dog chewed up my last two mattresses and have purchased two through them. I hope I don't have to go back for awhile....

At first glance, it looks like a run down building off of Old Hickory. They're are no frills or extras about this guy's shop. However, once inside, there's a decent showroom and plenty of inventory to try out. What's most important is the individual's expertise in mattresses and fitting you with the best mattress. I got just what I needed and the "no frills" store room didn't add any extra expense to my bill. Good value.
Description of Work: All the reviews are true. This guy is an expert in what he does and is very straightforward, welcoming and gives great insight into what one should look for/understand about mattresses. Got the mattress needed.
