I called William late Saturday afternoon about my HVAC unit had quit working.  He came out about 5pm to help.  He was very professional, gave me all my options, didn't pressure me, and I made the decision to replace the HVAC Unit. It was replaced on Monday and 6months later it is working like a champ. I was very impressed w/ William the owner and the men who work for him.  I highly recommend this company!

We contacted many companies and had multiple quotes from all of the "big names" in our area.  When we contacted busy bee, we were treated as real people.  We felt that the business was very straight forward about the costs of the items we were purchasing and very straight forward with how much they needed to pay in labor.  I would utilize them again.

William was at my house twice, first to troubleshoot the problem and the second time to replace the system.  Both times he was on time or early.  He was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with all my questions.
We had negotiated pricing on the phone and he showed up with a contract with all the numbers and changes exactly as we had discussed already in writing. 
Busy Bee is not the biggest HVAC company out there but they know their stuff and stand behind their work.  I highly recommend them.
