Jennifer was great to work with. Great communication throughout the day. It was a move-out clean so Jennifer and her team worked diligently to get every nook and cranny so we'd get our deposit back. We walked through the property once her and her team were finished and everything looked great. Jennifer even offered to come back and do a touch-up on a few spots if the Home-inspectors deemed it not clean enough. Thank you Jennifer!

I hired them for a deep cleaning before move-in. It is apparent we had different understandings of what deep cleaning meant. They arrived two hours late. They only wipe down countertops and inside cabinets. They did not clean above the cabinets. Did not clean the inside of the refrigerator or stove. Did not clean behind any of these appliances or over the cabinets. Any above-eye-level surfaces were left filthy. They were nice people but I was extremely disappointed in the results. They ruined my move-in experience at my first home.

When I hired Jennifer, it was for a move in cleaning. I explained specifically what I wanted done and she agreed. The crew did not arrive on time for two of two occasions. One member worked well! I am still finding missed areas that were not cleaned by the second worker. I was very disappointed as Jennifer guaranteed her work.
