Bob and his crew recently replaced the entire hardwood floor in the living room of my beautiful historic farmhouse after some joists and part of the subfloor had rotted. This was a floor that another vendor had installed as new in 2014 (prior to my owning the home), but apparently they neglected to install a moisture barrier and this part of the house has no crawlspace. Bob quickly assessed the root of the problem, provided me with advice and options and gave a fair and reasonable estimate to repair the floor. He and the crew took the floor down to the bare dirt and replaced all joists and subfloors, then installed a new, custom hardwood floor, They then sanded the rest of the existing hardwoods throughout the downstairs and re-stained and sealed everything to a gorgeous new finish. In Bob's words, they installed 'the floors this house deserves.' Their work was meticulous with both the floors and my possessions. They moved the furniture with great care, covered the kitchen cabinets in plastic throughout the project, then vacuumed, dusted, and put everything back in its original place when they were done. From start to finish, the job took only about seven working days, with the Thanksgiving holiday in the middle. These guys are friendly, professional and hard working and I cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them for any flooring or remodeling project. They are truly the best!
