Bango's met me at a newly purchased home to spray for bugs. The tech arrived promptly and was courteous and professional; he took his shoes off when entering the home (as I expect professionals to do, but find that not all of them do this!). The lady at the office was very nice and provided great service, also.
What I like about Bango's is that they aren't pricey and they do not make you enter into a contract. It's a bug service...I'm not marrying them, and I don't want to sign a document. Terminex made me sign a contract, and it took months to get them to stop billing me after I'd paid the early termination fee. Glad I found Bango's this time so I won't have that issue.

My husband used them before we were married and we have used them for 20 years since then. They are small and very conscientious. They are honest; we found something in our basement which we thought were termite nests and they told us that they were built by wasps and nothing to worry about. They tested them anyway and didn't charge us so I trust them. We have one assigned technician over the years with rarely any turnover. I will continue to use Bango's Pest Control.

They did a good job at a reasonable price point and they were not pushy. They don't try to lock us into an extended service contract or regular visits. They are perfectly comfortable with me calling them when I need them. Their personnel are friendly and professional, but at the same time they have the feel of being a local business rather than a national chain. They are very timely; they are always on time.

They are a local company and they're really good. They're just real dependable. They not only treat for termites if we have them or check for them, but they also have great ant control. So if we have a problem with ants which we do in the south a lot, the ants come in mulch and that kind of thing especially and they try to get into our house. They've helped us with that as well. The price is very good for what we get and the time that they spend out here. The quality of the work they do is great. They are very responsive. We will continue to use them in the future even after the service contract is up.

It is termite pest control so the first time they ever come to your house it's $500 then they come annually to see if there is any sign of damage and that's $95. The first time they came they put down stuff that kills termites all around the exterior of the house. After that, they don't put the termite killer, they just go very thoroughly around the basement and foundation to check for any signs of termites. They do that every year because you are guaranteed that if you ever had termites they would pay for the damage. They are very good.

Ronnie came out and quoted us what we felt to be a fair price for the work involved and came back the following week to treat our home. He was very professional, punctual, and thorough! There wasn't a single nook or cranny this man missed. He spent a good long time treating behind wall plates and in any cracks in baseboards he found. I had previously tried to find the spiders and clean areas I thought they could hide and found 3 in the house before he started his treatment. I felt pretty confident I had gotten all of them in the living space, but TWO more came out while he was treating the area, so I know his methods chased them out and killed them.
This company was very honest, straight-forward and courteous. Their pricing is very reasonable as well and I will continue to use them on a quarterly basis and as the need arises.

They took care of our rat problem and gave us tips on how to keep the rats from coming back. We have not had any more problems with termites since the first treatment. Overall they are very responsive and helpful. We will definitely keep using them for our yearly inspections, they keep the prices down for keeping up with your inspections!

Fine. They had serviced the house before we bought and renovated. They offered to come out and redo when we finished renovation.

They we able to close up all the holes around our roof so that the squirell could not get back in. We haven't had any problems since they were here.

It went good using their service. I have used their services in the past. They explained what they used in my house well to me. They were responsive when coming out and calling me back.

Forty five bucks is not bad. These guys were always reliable and they did what they promised. They were friendly enough too. I think they did a good job and I would feel good about recommending their services to other people who live by me.
