A+ Power Cleaning

These guys are pros. Extremely courteous, timely, and effective. The house and stucco look brand new. They took years of dirt off the house, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They came when they said they would, and were done in an hour. A neighbor even hired them to wash her house while they were here. After they left, I noticed a spot way up high on the second story that they missed. It was especially dark with mold, so I called the company to ask them to come back to wash that spot. The young man I spoke to (I can't remember his name) was very apologetic, and stopped by the next day to finish the job. I appreciated his good customer service in this matter. Our house looks great now!

The guy doing the pressurewashing, finished a 2000 sq foot house in less than an hour. He also charged me an additional $40 to pressure clean the sidewalk leading to the front door of my house. He did a horrible job. I had just had my windows cleaned, and they were all spotty when he left (everyone of them). He did a very quick job, and I could have done better myself if I had the equipment. He used bleach on the house which was fine, but it killed all of my bushes around the entire house. I was so dissapointed to learn that the bushes that my mother (who has been recently diagnosed with terminal cancer) had planted a few years back were just starting to bloom, within days, the leaves were brown and dead. On top of this. I have two steps that are off of the back porch that he apparently used the washer on, I now have to restain the step!!!! He missed alot of places, and the gutters were not cleaned on the outside.
This was the worst expeience I have had with a pressure washing company, and strongly advise to go to someone else.Groupon was great and Did refund my money back, but I hope no one has to go through this experience!!

I filled out their initial contact information on their web page and it took them a day to get back with me. Likewise when I called to schedule, there was no one to answer the phone, but they called back the very next morning, giving me the impression they are a small, sole proprietor business owner/operator.
The first time they were scheduled to come out they had been doing jobs on the other side of town and it got too late to do the job, so they rescheduled for the following week, first thing in the morning. They were pretty much on-time, and instead of pulling out a small Harbor Freight or Home Depot pressure washer on wheels which some of the more shady people have done in my neighborhood, they had all professional, first-rate equipment in the back of their truck with large compressors on long hoses, chemicals and water in the big 50 gallon or 100 gallon tanks on the truck, etc.
I've seen providers come to our neighborhood, get out a ladder, an extension brush, a garden chemical sprayer, and small electric power washer and spend 4-5 hours on a 2,500 sq ft home. Not these guys, they did a first-rate job in a little over an hour, including our deck. You could smell the chemical for a couple hours, which means they actually used chemicals rather than just water, but it's 2 hours later and no odor.
They paid extra attention to the trouble spots I pointed out, but it's clear that they specialize in homes, not wood, as the wood will need to be treated with wood cleaner and pressure washed again, but that was just an extra thing they did, it wasn't their specialty. The house itself, siding, brick, windows, garage, everything they were scheduled to do turned out great. The only reason I gave them a B for responsiveness is because there isn't someone there full-time to answer phones and the B for having to reschedule once, which sometimes happens, but they made the 2nd appointment so all is well.
We would definitely use them again.
