They did a great job. They were on time and very good. They completed the work and we were very happy with the work. Its several years later and its still flying, we don't have any problem, so I figured its passed the test of time.

Lots of home maintenance issues can be quite taxing--both financially and regarding one's time. Just today I found myself waiting 5 hours for a technician to come fix something at my house. This is far from Chip's protocol. My mother has used him for several years and gave me his name when my wife and I bought our house that has an irrigation system for the front, side and back yards. I told him after his last visit that he works like a ninja: I call. I go about my business. A day or so later, I get an email or the bill comes-- the job was done! I never saw him, heard him--just like a ninja. He comes in, assesses the problem, fixes and that's it. I've never even met him, but we've spoken on the phone, so he's a real person. And his work is without error and extremely efficient. Aside from the annual backflow visit, Chip has repaired parts of the system, one of which was the 2010 freeze that burst my valve at the backflow (my fault...lesson learned--turn that d*** water off). Water had been "firehosing" for a couple of days before one of my kids saw water coming in the garage. I ran, shut the water off and called Chip. Again, with ninja stealth, he came out, fixed it, left no trace. We finished winter and now I am watering my lawn--efficiently, properly inspected. I definitely would recommend him for all lawn irrigation issues.
