Mr. Vaughn is always prompt and professional. He charges and hourly rate, plus materials (fi any are required), provides receipts and does wonderful work. I have used him on several occasions for replacing rotten wood, rebuilding a floor in a storage building, and small electrical jobs. I have always been extremely satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone.
