They had to order a part but fixed it and able to use it until part came in When I called for service they required my credit card number and charged me 59.99 but said it would be deducted from my bill. That was not true the repair man came - added the 59.00 to his $100.00 service fee and charged additional 74.00 for part . Repairman told us the 59.99 fee is to the independent company that finds the service provider . Very mis-leading .
