First of all, its a husband wife team, I did like that, it gave you 2 perspectives on the situation and how to market the house. Their fee was a little less than the general market. They rely strictly on internet selling. I was a little hesitant at first about that, but their approach did make sense with most people finding homes today on the internet. I think they gave good advice. They got the home staged right.
