had a 25 dollar coupon they charged another 35, I asked why so much? then called the Ford dealer who said the quick lube would be 24. Tech said they used ford oil and parts. Bottom line they charged twice the amount the dealer would have.

After receiving several bids, Trans Tech came in about average, but was not the lowest bid. Somehow I felt that they knew what they were doing and that the radiator they were going to order, would be the correct one. I was warned by a couple other repair places whose bids came in less, that the radiator they used on the bid might not fit, thus, my estimate would prove to be invalid. Then, what would I do? Stuck with my vehicle up on a lift, wrong radiator, incorrect bid, and left to their mercy. Therefore, I chose to go with Trans Tech because they seemed to have lots of experience with Volvos and seemed confidant that the bid would hold. It worked out well. The car was completed as scheduled and the mechanics seemed very nice and personable. No hard sell, just seemed like the guys knew what they were doing and would do it well. I was pleased. I would return to them for other work on my vehicle in the future.

It went excellent. It is a relief to have a mechanic whose skills and honesty can be trusted! Trans Tech delivered the repairs in the amount of time and at the quoted estimate. It just doesn't get any better than that.
