When he brings a new employee on site, he needs to speak with them and show them the property they will be working on so they know what they will be doing. It may also be helpful to have a conversation with the homeowner with the new employee as well so they can bring up additional questions and concerns. Overall, over the 15+ years I have used his services, he has been excellent.
