Salon 327

I would recommend them to others.

This was the first time I had been to 327 Salon and it will be my last. When I walked in the door the receptionist and a stylist was checking out another customer and they kept talking and NEVER acknowledged me, I stood there for at least 10 minutes until the CUSTOMER mentioned to the receptionist that I needed to be waited on! I was so upset at the unprofessionalism of this receptionist I was considering just walking back out the door. I stayed and eventually the stylist I had the appointment with called me back. To make a long story short this girl would not shut up and was asking me personal questions I HATE THAT! I wanted blonder highlights and it turned out yellow!!! I eventually went to another salon for corrective color and I love it. I HAVE TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS AND COWORKERS TO NEVER GO TO 327 SALON!!

We've been with Michael for over 30 years. Great service, ALWAYS well treated. The Salon offers a wide selection of services with highly qualified personel. No need to go anywhere else...they offer it all...hair, skin, nails, massage, tanning.

Went Fantastic

OK.  Appointment changed at stylists request.  Stylist had an accident whilst taking a break from doing my hair?????  this resulted in my hair taking a lot longer than previous time. The stylist is good and she appears to be a nice person, however when I went to pay my bill I had a shock.  My previous bill for the same service had been around $80, this time it was $103(5?).  When I asked why I was told it was because the stylist cut my hair.  When I pointed out she cut it last time as well, I was told she couldn't have charged me for it . I was left with the feeling this salon charges a moderate price to reign you in then when you return they stick it to you.  Sadly I will not return.

Maureen was a charm!!  She discussed everything with me before hand and made sure what I wanted!  I have had more compliments on my hair since she cut it and everyone has asked for her name and place.  I will definitely be returning for my next service!!  Thank you so much!!

Kimberly is my girl.  I usually don't let hairdressers style my hair because I go home and do it the way I want it.  Kimberly insisted on styling AND I ABSOLUTE LOVE MY HAIR CUTS AND STYLE!  Kimberly is fairly new to the world of hair care.  I find that difficult to believe as she is comfortable chatting and working at the same time and she gets my hair done in record time. 

I used to pay about $200 for the same service in another state.  Also unbelievable... and these services usually kept me at the salon for 3 hrs!

Salon 327 is the only place I will go now.  It's also very easy to get appointments in a timely manner.

More details?  The salon itself is so homey and warm...very clean and stations are arranged in a way that all customers have privacy.  It seems that all the employees are truly happy

Tiffany was exceptional.  She didn't know that Studio 327 was on Angie's list.  I am new to TN and used the list to find a high rated provider.  Extremely pleased with every aspect, cozy, friendly as well as professional atmosphere.  Finding a new hairdresser is a scary experience.  No scares with Tiffany.  She's great!

My hair is at the length (right at my shoulders) that is rather difficult to style.  I am trying to grow it back out after having it very short for a long time and I just couldn't decide on how to style it while it is in this transition stage as I grow it out.  I was referred to Jason at Salon 327 by a coworker.  I couldn't be happier.  As soon as I sat down to have my hair shampooed Jason took the time to look at my hair structure and ask what I wanted to do with my hair.  Then while shampooing he proceeded to tell me exactly which products he was using and why and how other products compared.  When I sat down in front of the mirror Jason then carefully studied my facial features and described what would be the best hairstyle for my face shape (add long bangs and begin layering around the sides).  During the entire cut he would explain how hair grows, the techniques he was using that day and the techniques he would use during future cuts and how long I could expect for my hair to grow to the desired length.  Then, to top it all off, Jason styled my hair and explained again how he was styling it and which products would be best for my hair type so I could easily recreate the style at home.  I don't think I have ever found a stylist that has taken the time and care that Jason did with me.  His knowledge about hair is outstanding and his skills are very evident with the finished product!

They are excellent.  I have gone to them for years.  They are very sweet.  They are very professional.  They give you coffee and soft drinks.  They really attend to your needs.
