REALTY CENTER

We purchased a home that was listed by Realty Center for $525,000 in May of 2007.  The first night we were in the home, the whirlpool tub leaked into the basement (it had not been caulked and the outtake was not hooked up properly).  I called Peggy the next day, she came and looked at it and then completely disappeared from our lives.  Most likely because she knew there were big problems with the house.  Two weeks later, portions of the ceiling began falling in due to leaks in copper tubing.  She and her clients committed fraud by not disclosing leaks that had occurred during our negotiations,.  They did reveal one leak, but she told our realtor it was "no big deal. a leak in the hot water pipe".  They did not, however, reveal a leak two weeks prior to the one they did reveal.  We ended up having to replace all the copper tubing in the house and have only just recently settled our lawsuit w/the previous owners.  If I had an recourse, we would have sued Realty Center as well.  DO NOT use them ....they are not honest.
