Great job and finished in a timely matter!

I took my 2007 Mustang to Quality Auto Body Shop for body work to repair a large dent over the front wheel casing, and a badly smashed rear bumper. An accident before I purchased the car had left the rear end slightly assymetrical aligned, and the rear bumper not quite lining up right with the right side panel. The crushed and broken rear bumper exaggerated this problem, and I feared that the repair expense would be quite high. I had decided to have both the front and rear bumper areas repaired, to regain my Mustang's aesthetic value. Billy, the owner, was able to give me an estimate within 5 minutes, explaining to me the various areas of damage in places underneath the visible damage. The day after I had taken my car in, Billy called for me to come in and view the damage created by the accident prior to my purchase of the car. He pointed out each dent and welded area, and explained how the repair had been incomplete and of poor quality. He explained how the prior damage resulted in my mishap resulting in more damage than should have occurred. Fortunately, he was still able to stay within the estimate cost of $1300. A day later, my Mustang was ready to go. The freshly painted panels looked wonderful -shiny and blended in well with the rest of the car. They had even done some repair work on the original damage, resulting in improved alignment in the back of the car, and with the rear bumper and its connection with the rear side panels. I could not have been happier with the professionalism of Billy Hayes, and the price I paid for the repairs. They also completed the work on my car within a 3-day period, which was speedy, considering all the body work and painting that was necessary. I've gone to this company for body work on previous cars I've owned over the past 15 or so years, and I have always been happy with the outcome and price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing quality body work on their vehicle!

They were able to get to my car right away however, they didn't offer a rental car for me when my car was in the shop. I was very impressed with their speediness and their professionalism. I really liked the work that they did on my car.
