The guy was very prompt, efficient and fixed my door knob and dead bolt from tools he carried in his truck. I liked the fact that he didn't have to travel somewhere else to find parts. Everything he needed was in his truck.

When I contacted Oak Ridge Locksmith, based on reviews on Angie's List, I spoke with the owner Keith Kors. He was heavily scheduled with other work but told me he would come today (Fourth of July holiday) if that was okay with me. I thought that was exceptional service and very nice of him to give up some of his holiday to help me. I was also pleased that he is licensed, bonded and insured. That was important to me. Keith explained everything including costs before beginning and completed the work in good time. He went over the bill with me and stressed that he would be glad to come back if I had any problems at all with any of the work he had done no matter how much time had elapsed. He was very professional and considerate. I thought his prices were more than fair. Less than $400 for all the work he did at my house, and on a holiday as well, is very reasonable. I have definitely found the locksmith I will always use.

1. On time (came between scheduled appointment time) 2. Technician (Adam) was very professional. 3. Went directly to repair lock after we explained the problem. 4. After repair, and reinstallation, explained manner of repair and cause of the problem. 5. Price was very reasonable based on time he was at our residence.

Gavin was fantastic! Service was so much better than other providers. In fact, he even added a 3-inch screw at top door hinge so door would open and close easily! Oh yes, on time, professional and friendly. I would definitely use this business again.

Service provider was excellent! I could not have asked for better service. I was treated with kindness and the utmost professionalism. The appointment was easy to set up, I received a phone call when the service provider found he would be 5 minutes late (only 5 minutes!), and the repair was quick and well done. Everything was explained to me very well. The cost was very reasonable and in line with what I expected. I will use them any time in the future I need locksmith services, and I will recommend them to anyone.
