Jackson Square Animal Clinic

I was told they were booked and could not see him. I called at 11 AM on Friday. Animal has been a patient for 18 years. I explained that he was bleeding and in pain. They said go to Knoxville emergency clinic. Sixpack was seen at Clinton animal clinic. After a 15 min appt. he had stitches, an antibiotic and THEY have a new patient.

I have been taking my cats to Dr. Lenhard for 20+ years. All of the vets and staff at Jackson Square Animal Clinic are very kind and dedicated. My first cat was cared for by this clinic for over 15 years. She had numerous medical problems and Dr. Lenhard helped keep her going for over 5 years of intensive medication and IV fluids every day. Dr. Lenhard was very caring and understanding. She even met me at the clinic late at night when it was finally time to put my sweet kitty down. As long as I live in the Oak Ridge or Knoxville area, I will be taking my pets to this clinic.

This was an easy visit. The assistants do a good job of distracting the pets but holding them firmly so they won't realize they are getting shots. I have used this clinic since it opened and have seen both Dr. Reeve and Dr. Lenhard when they were with Oak Ridge Veterinary Hospital. All the staff is friendly and caring. I have seen every vet in the practice and would recommend any one of them. They have treated our pets through all the stages of life over the years.

I have been very happy with them. My bird is like my child, and I feel very secure leaving here there overnight. Dr. Lenhard is like the "parrot whisperer"; she can do things with my bird that I can't do myself. She really has a special touch.

She was over 15 years old and she had been cared for her entire life by Jackson Square. I would recommend these Doctors to anyone.

They are mostly women which I like; they seem to care more about the animals than some men that I’ve known. Each of the doctors has their own thing. Dr. Lenhard used to work for a zoo and she’s very good at figuring out things to help your animal even if it isn’t standard. Dr. Reeve is good with the nitty gritty and she gets every step just right. The price is a bit high.

They treated my cat just like they would their own cat. My cat didn t like many people or new places, but she was okay there so that told me they were really good at taking care of almost any animal. They showed a lot of TLC too. Their kennels were not very spacious and I didn t think they handled a lot of animals at one time, but the ones they did they did a great job.

This place has three doctors and two technicians. It is a large and very clean place and they gave dog a lot of play time. They are pretty good about letting me call whenever I had a pet related question.
