James got the quote to me when promised, performed the work when promised, and did an excellent job on a house that hadn't been cleaned in over 4 years. I would highly recommend.

He is outstanding! That young man needs a bonus- he is the best thing I ever got off of Angie's List. He makes your house look like it has been painted. No body does that around here-every body pressure washes. His price is reasonable- it is cheaper than painting.

The siding was very dirty, as it hadn't been pressure washed in a while. Also needed the front porch floor and railing cleaned thoroughly in preparation for painting. He was able to come the next day and do the work. He did a great job removing all the mildew and grime. The house looks fantastic!

He was punctual and professional.  He worked hard to be sure the job was complete and to my satisfaction.  We will have him to return for additional work this summer.

James was very personable and professional as well as being punctual. He gave us an estimate and did all the work plus a few things we added. We highly recommend him and would use his services again.

I contacted James via phone. He was responsive in returning my call. He was competitively priced and provided excellent service. He kept me informed of when he would provide the service and met that schedule.

I contacted Mr. Brooks in late June to schedule exterior pressure washing at my house. He returned my call the next day and we agreed that he would complete the work in the next 2-3 weeks. I also asked that he wash my patio furniture. When I came home on July 11 the work was done and everything looked good as usual. Mr. Brooks has done this work for me in the past at rental property as well as at my home and I have always been pleased with his work.

Some delays getting initial quote and making contact to set up the appointment for the work. Once agreed to, James completed all work as expected and on time. Good job and cleaned up well after.

The house had green-mold covered siding on 3 sides with a brick front. We had received a flyer in the mailbox for pressure washing for $100 less from someone else, but without the extra services that Mr. Brooks provided. He treated the exterior with a solution to prevent mold re-growth and washed all the windows. He brushed out stains where necessary and gave attention to painted areas around the house, even at the front.

Mr. Brooks came right out and gave me an estimate. He was very professional. He did the work on the day it was scheduled, and everything was done as promised. Everything looks great. The vinyl siding looks brand new now. I was most impressed with the deck cleaning. The pressure washing restored the wood to (almost) new looking. Stains on the lumber reduced to barely visible.
