He said he had a cancellation and would be there in 20-30 minutes. He showed up on time and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. I couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend this company.

The plumber said that Delta had a brass holder behind the wall that lasts a very long time. He thought that we only needed to replace the cartridge to get the water to mix properly again instead of having to cut into the wall to install a whole new system at twice the price. He left to get the replacement cartridge for the older shower control. He brought back the cartridge, a new knob, and a new shower head. I was able to take the shower head and control system I had purchased back for a refund. The shower worked like new. He installed the new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. I had bought a Kholer soap dispenser to use instead of the one that came in the box with the Delta faucet because of the reviews on the dispenser. The plumber told me that the finish of the Kohler dispenser was a little different than that of the Delta. I might not be pleased later with the two of them sitting together and that the Delta dispenser seemed ok to him. He installed both the faucet and dispenser with a larger washer. They now fit snugly and there is no leaking. I was able to return the much more expensive Kohler dispenser.

He came to the house the same day that we called. He gave alternate possibilities for the leak, such as our 2 chihuahuas, to make sure we had considered diagnoses to examine beforehand. It turned out to be a toilet that was improperly installed during a remodel. It was sitting on the new floor and the wax was sitting on the old subfloor. The wax was not engaging, causing not only leaks, but septic tank fumes when the washer or dishwasher were used. He came back a couple of days later at our request to make a tightening adjustment,since the new extension was not quite sealed. We have had no problems since and are pleased with the prompt and accurate service.

Did extensive troubleshooting to find everything that was going on. Responded to an emergency call immediately. Did the troubleshooting and resolution to all problems in one day. Informed me of everything he was doing, as the work progressed. The work required several investigations in my crawl space, which was exceptionally long and did so without complaint. He re-checked his work as it progressed to be sure that the leaks were correctly identified and resolved. He called in the evening to ask if there was any evidence of any further leakage, which there was not. The plumber was exceptionally professional throughout the process. He was clearly wanting a positive outcome for me; the customer. This experience definitely renewed my faith in the American work ethic.

Very professional. He got right to work and dug out the broken pipe and replace the section that was broken. Put all the dirt back as well as the grass he was able to salvage. It cost less then I thought it would.

Replaced copper pipes under the sink with plastic ones. Took these pipes and the old heating unit without permission, I'm sure to sell for recycling.

"At Eidemiller Plumbing, Inc., everything that we do is based on sound judgment and is done in the best interest of the client. The Service Technician replaced a small instant water heater under the sink that was provided by the customer. As part of the installation, instead of reusing the existing copper supply tubes, new poly supply tubes were installed so that everything from the emergency shutoff valves to the new unit was new. We do not reuse supply lines. Part of our service is removing all scraps from the job. We do recycle copper and other metals, but nothing is ever removed solely for the purpose of recycling. The copper tubes mentioned would probably be worth a dollar or two at most. Hardly worth risking my company's reputation. In our 4 1/2 years of business, we have had 0 complaints with the BBB. If the client had contacted me at the time the service was performed, we would have gladly returned the copper tubes to him. If he had requested that we reuse the old supply lines, we would have done so. However, we would not have been able to offer any type of warranty on them. Trent Eidemiller - Owner"

The service visit went great. I received a call about a half of an hour before the technician arrived. I was unable to make that exact time so we arrainged a time about 30 minutes later after he got some food. he arrived right on time, evaluated my situation, gave me a quote for service and then made the repairs. He was professional, honest, efficient, and very through. He repaired the concrete wall around the outside water faucet as well. I was very satisfied with his work and the ability to call into to the office afterwards and pay by phone afterwards.

I called to get a seal or gasket replaced in the kitchen faucet. It was just a leak but I had a house inspection that day and needed it fixed. I was told they would be there at 9:30. Okay , I would be a little late to work. They arrived at 10:45pm after calling and saying they would be later because hey had an emergency to take care of. It took him two minutes to see the problem and quoted a price of $180.00 to replace a gasket. I questioned that. Then he said the he would have to replace the cartridge b/c the gasket on it had worn down. He said he had to go home depot and get it. Later he called and said it was just needing the gasket replaced and not the cartridge. Still $180.00. Flat rate. To his credit he did offer the $25 off coupon. It was fixed. I went to work and looked up prices for fixing a leak in kitchen faucet. low range was $76.00 and highest was $177.00. On the receipt it said " rebuilt gooseneck and gaskets". I looked up the process online. It took 10 minutes and cost $5-7 for the replacement. Make your own conclusion.

"We are a professional service company. Whether it takes us 10 minutes or 1 hour to perform a faucet repair, we still have the same amount of overhead to cover. We offer up-front, flat-rate pricing. If a client feels that we are too expensive, they have the opportunity to decline our service and they owe nothing. It is unfair to hire a company then price shop them afterwards and complain if you find a lower price. The client called and asked if we could get there that day to perform the work. We responded very quickly and completed the work for $25 less than the amount agreed to by the client and the inspection that the client was concerned about was able to take place as scheduled. Originally called to have work done on 2 toilets which were malfunctioning. Had Eric look at 3rd toilet, and it was malfunctioning also. With cost of ordering parts for 3 toilets, and wait time for parts to arrive, I decided to just buy 3 new toilets. Eric picked up toilets at Home Depot later that afternoon, and installed all 3.

They did a very good job. We had an emergency when my husband was home alone and they came very quickly to do the repair. The next time when I had a problem I called them and they came right over. They were very good.
