These are our bedrooms! Can't thank Sammie McNeeley enough for his assistance with this beautiful selection. His installers, Samuel and his brothers did a wonderful job, dealt with our heavy furniture & cleaned up after themselves. We are thrilled!

Very good, excellent experience! They were on time and very friendly.

Overall, I was very pleased with their work and I will definitely use them again. I was very impressed with the professionalism and skill of the tradesmen they sent to do work. They are very pleasant guys and it is a pleasure to work with them.

The salesman (Sammy)  was very easy to work with, always returned my calls and answered any questions, came to check on the job both during and after the installation, and followed up with me after the job was completed to make sure I was happy and there were no problems. The installers showed up on time, took about 5-10 minutes to assess the job, and got started immediately after that. They worked non-stop from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. without even taking a lunch break. The only issue (which wasn't really an issue) was a fan blade on my ceiling fan was broken, but they were honest enough to come tell me immediately when it happened, and replaced all the blades with new ones that they had with them. They did say that happens sometimes with lower ceilings, so they come prepared just in case. And I actually like the blades they put on more so than the ones I had. I would highly recommend this company, and plan on using them for my next project, replacing the ceramic tile in a bathroom.

Sammy went out of his way to help us find what we needed at the best price.  Even when some of the products we needed were not offered by their shop, they helped us find them at a good price.  Very happy with all our purchases.

We removed a fiberglass tub in order to replace it with a shower.  The shower base is a cast iron/porcelain pan but we needed tile for the walls.  We did all of the demolition and prep work.  Creative Carpet & Tile installed the tile one day and the finished the grout the next.  They did a great job and we are very pleased with the result.
We have paid less for tile work before but we were not pleased with the work or the lack of professionalism from that company.  We decided to try Creative Carpet & Tile for this job.  The tile we chose is higher priced than most but we did not need much of it. The tile explains some of the high cost of this job.  If we had not done the wall preparation ourselves, the cost would have been much higher.  It already seemed like a lot to pay for just three shower walls in a guest bathroom but since we have no complaints, it was worth it.  
These folks are great to work with, conduct themselves like professionals, and they care about the quality of their work.  We will definitely be hiring them again--two more bathrooms to go!

This company came highly recommended to me by Johnson and Longee Construction.  David came out to my house and took measurements.  I had first told them I did not want ceramic tile, then changed my mind.  I went to the store and they gave me samples to take home.  I felt they were knowledgeable on different type of flooring.  They gave me pros and cons on different types of flooring.  I decided on the ceramic tile in the kitchen since I have a large dog and several family members also own large dogs.  there can be 4 large dogs in the house at one time.  I felt ceramic would hold up better under these circumstances.
I choose Dream Weaver carpet in my family room and hall.  I just love it.  It is the softest carpet I have ever owned.  The installers did a great job with both the ceramic tile and the carpet.  All the old carpet and pad was hauled away.  They left no mess in my home.  I would not hesitate to make the drive from Knoxville to their store in Oak Ridge again.  They are worth the drive.

The flooring is beautiful and their installers were very nice.

It was a two day job performed by two guys who were meticulous in the tile placement throughout the kitchen. The floor really looked good and we really liked it when they were finished with it.
