1. They use BBB logo on their company letter head. I checked BBB website and they are not accredited by BBB. They are a fraud. 2. They put in a new roof for us without putting new step flashings. We called them several times and couldn't get hold of them. Finally we got hold of the owner (John Cass) and he used very abusive language with us. He complained to us that our insurance companies wouldn't work with him on price. It turned out it was all a big lie (see below). 3. We paid them $1,100 to replace soffit and facia on 10/17/2011. One month has passed and they haven't don't it. 4. They told us they had hard time working with our insurance companies. I called my insurance companies today to verify this. Each of them told me that they do not have any record showing CJP Construction contacting them. CJP has been lying to us all along.
Description of Work: CJP Construction LLC is a contractor we hired back in May to repair hail damage on two of our properties. They so far have replaced the roofs on my 2 houses, replaced sidings on 1 house, and repaired master bathroom wall on the other. These jobs were completed during summer and we still have a few left for them to come back and complete. But we couldn't get hold of them since. They won't return our calls.
