Went great!  The sale of my house was tough because it was vacant and I lived 6 hours away, so Betsy was my eyes, ears, and trusted liaison during the entire process.  Home sales in Oak Ridge had been slow and Betsy recommended fair pricing based on comps and activity the market, but I pushed the price up and she was very professional about working with me at my price point and at every point thereafter as I dropped the price like she initially suggested.  My stubbornness cost me a year on the market and Betsy stuck by me and encouraged me as I found my way to a more reasonable price.  During that year Betsy made sure to watch the house. She even dripped the faucets when the temps dropped down near zero in the winter to make sure the pipes didn't freeze.  She didn't have to do that. 

Just before Spring season started, I did have an unfortunate water and mold problem that reared it's ugly head, and Betsy was the one who pointed it out to me - thank goodness!  She was an essential partner and indispensable helper as we juggled insurance folks, contractors, water and mold companies and potential buyers throughout the entire tear out, remodel and eventual sale.   She referred me to a number of experts along the way from her vast network.  She knows people and shares with her clients.  She went over to my house personally and turned off water, dried floors, sent pictures of progress, etc, etc. 

Her experience, dedication, tenacity and endurance were second only to what you'd expect from a member of your own family.  Her follow up and attention to detail was outstanding and to the letter at every turn.   Betsy is a get 'er done gal who genuinely cares about her clients, has the knowledge and experience to back it up, and works on their behalf every step of the way. You can't ask for more than that.

Betsy is very professional, pay attention to the smallest of details. has an excellent comprehension of the local housing market. She does and excellent job matching housing needs to the buyer. We had a unique situation the required a certain home layout for privacy issues combining 2 family units we an elder, a separate living area for privacy was essential, and was found.
Betsy was able to show house on our schedule, she took her time, pointed out pros and cons relative to our needs. commented on things that could easily be done to meet our needs, or if to meet our needs the work or expense greater than thee rewards.
