I realized after the work had started that the worker was using the old felt that was already on my roof for 18 years. I just so happened to step out the door and would not have realized if I hadn't looked up and noticed. The worker was very rude to me on multiple occasions, I just wanted to make sure that the felt on the roof was new, I would not have known that they were going to reuse the felt. They told me that I had a choice of using old or new, but I was never asked to choose. You could tell that the felt was older because it was faded and worn. I was not happy with the job. They tried to use the old felt and would never have told me.

Very unprofessional! Didn't care that they were wasting my time or that the longer the work was not performed, the more damage to my home! I would advise everyone to stay far away from these guys!!
