I cannot relay to you what a nightmare this was. The owner was impossible to work with and was rude every step of the way. The work was inconsistent. Parts were done properly others were totally unacceptable. The patio door to the deck was the incorrect size and needed replacement. Instead he offered to just patch it and not replace it as necessary. One day they telephoned they were coming by to "patch it" and I told them there was no deck there so the door could not be reached without a deck. Once the deck was completed, I contacted Wiesner and he said he would "patch" but I needed to pay $75 for him to come out. He had been paid by the insurance company to re-build this and he refused to come and correct without me paying him more money. Second on the list, the vinyl siding was replaced all around the house. Last month I notice that the siding is falling off the front of the house. This siding installation is approximately 1 1/2 old and should not be falling off this soon. Third, the dry wall tape and putty have cracked and the wall has a huge strip across the ceiling that has separated from the dry wall and the dry wall sheets are no loner connected and don't sit at the same height. Also sometime during the re-built, the garage door was damaged. the door was bent from the outside. When I contacted the insurance company, they said this would not be covered since this was not a fire destruction issue. They suggested that I file a claim against the construction company because he was bonded. The relationship was so volatile I did not want to pursue this. I just wanted my house completed so I could move home after six months. This has been one of the worst things I have been through. Most people who have fires are extremely happy with the work. This was not my experience. I was talked to unprofessionally and almost talked down to. Every step of the way was confrontational and it got to the point I did not even want to argue anymore. I had to go through the office manger to get anything done because the relationship I had with the contractor was so confrontational. I wonder if I had this experience because I am a widowed female senior citizen. I could not image any contactor displaying this to a single man or a couple. I would think twice before I would even refer this company because it was such a horrible experience.

Failure to complete the job and they are expecting payment before the job has been satisfactorially completed. They painted over rotting wood on the porch, and they left the washer & dryer uninstalled in the middle of the floor in the basement. They didn't install the necessary ceiling light fixtures either. They damaged the garage door and are refusing to fix it. There is incomplete electrical wiring and they didn’t install the basement lighting either. I am a disabled senior citizen and I can't fix these things!
