We had been waking with itchy bites since the end of May.Because we had been clearing a lot, we suspected chiggers. The issue continued over weeks. Finally, someone suggested maybe we had bedbugs. After internet research I thought this was a possibility. We like to avoid pesticides if possible so ThermalRid's solution seemed the best choice. Brady came out,explained how his treatment worked and inspected. Fortunately, no evidence of bedbugs was found. He did recommend setting out glue traps around the bed for several weeks to be sure (they're tricky!) and also getting the house exterior and baseboards sprayed if we wanted to. We were so grateful that we found a knowledgeable, honest and patient resource when we were near wits' end! If bedbugs were present, we would have chosen ThermalRid's treatment
